DESCRIPTION                       Jantex Puff JT yields a three dimensional effect on the fabrics printed. These products are ready for use and deliver bright shades when used with Pigment Concentrates.

APPLICATION                      Jantex Puff JT and Jantex Puff Super JT offer excellent runability in manual and automatic print machines. Both products yield excellent crockfastness and washfastness.

PERFORMANCE                   No more than 8% Jantex Pigment Concentrate should be blended with Jantex Puff JT  for printing expanded colors on textiles. Test for desired rise prior to production.

SCREEN MESH                      40 to 125 Monofilament polyester.

STENCIL                                 Water resistant emulsion or capillary films must be used or stencil breakdown will occur. It is recommended that screens be left in flooded state during pauses in printing.

MODIFIERS                            Reducer – Reduce with water by no more than 5% .    Tinting – Use Jantex White JT Tint or Jantex Badger White for tinting and brightening.

CURING                                 Maximum expansion is achieved at 1 ½ minutes at 275° F. Maximum washability is achieved at 300° F for 3 minutes. Curing may vary depending on drying equipment used. Results can depend on substrate and application. Always test prior to production.

CLEAN UP                             Cleans up with water.

PROPERTIES                           Off – white paste.

STORAGE                               Keep from freezing and away from direct sunlight. Store between 55° to 95° F. Keep lid on when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.

SAFETY                                 Always wear protective eyewear and clothing when mixing color. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheets for additional information.
